10 minutes from Catamount and 20 minutes to Butternut Ski Areas, your decompression begins before you even arrive, as you make your way through the gentle winding roads, passing farmhouses, silos, and corn fields before turning onto the forest lined driveway. With two giant stone fire places and radiant floor heat along with private access to Copake Lake, our property is the ideal retreat for all seasons.

For the gourmet, our chef's kitchen complete with Wolf stove, 2 ovens, Subzero fridge/freezer, a Wolfgang Puck toaster oven, and serving for 20, you’ll find all you need to whip up delicious meals as you play some music on the Sonos.

The upstairs features two bedrooms with cathedral ceilings, A/C, and share a cool Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Entering the bright, walk-out lower level, another splendid realm awaits you, with radiant-heated stone flooring throughout.

The family rooms feature show-stopping stone fireplaces, large glass doors and picture windows, radiant heated floors throughout cherry wood and stone flooring, and a custom bar with reverse osmosis ice maker, full-size sub-zero fridge & wine cooler.

Our 6-person Salt Water Hot Tub, Fire Pit, and private 10 acres (including a trail) are inviting for homebodies and thrill-seekers alike, with 2 great decks for coffee/tea in the morning.

For your safety, the property also features Brinks 24-hour exterior cameras, as well as fire/smoke/flood/carbon monoxide monitoring, with automatic emergency service dispatch.

The house features smart thermostats, alarm system, built-in sound throughout, cutting edge Exhale fans, and the best high-efficiency mechanicals. Split units provide air conditioning and our stone fireplaces and firepits (wood provided!) offer comfort year-round.

Make Yourself At Home

Main House

The post-and-beam 5 bedroom Main House features a wraparound upper deck with additional seating for 8. The open living/dining/kitchen is very spacious, with seating for up to 20. Relax with cathedral ceilings, radiant heated cherry floors, multiple picture windows in a living room that is anchored by a grand stone fireplace, and a wide open chef's kitchen.

The first-floor Primary Bedroom Suite features a King-size bed, sound system, glass doors to private deck,a TV/sleeping alcove with a trundle bed, and a two-part bathroom with stone tile shower and soaking tub-with-a-view.

The upstairs features two bedrooms with cathedral ceilings, A/C, and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

The walk-out lower level features a family room complete with TV and Sonos, another stone fireplace, huge glass doors leading to a bluestone patio, and custom bar with reverse osmosis ice maker, full-size sub-zero fridge & wine cooler. Two more beautiful bedrooms, each with access to the patio, share a bath. The utility room and laundry are also found on this level.

Guest House

The Guest House is located 20 yards from the Main House. The Guest House has two decks, the upper deck has a barbecue grill and out door dining table and chairs. The lower deck has Adirondack lounge chairs, swing chairs and a hammock. There is an open fire pit for grilling or an evening wood fire to sit by.

There are two beautiful and pleasant bedrooms with queen size beds and one bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and under the counter oven. There is also a washer and dryer within the cottage. There are two twin rollaways if you'd like extra guests.

She Shed

The insulated Out Building is lovingly called the She Shed. It is painted Gold inside and has a Split A/C and Heating unit with Two Queen Sized Beds, and Desk. It opens to the Main House lower deck and Saltwater Hot Tub.

Studio/Temple Space

The Temple/Studio is our glamorous converted 26' X 26' Garage located on the lower level of the Guest House. It has plush carpets and radiant floor heating making it perfect for all seasons. Yoga, workshops, family relaxation and more memories can be had. The sliding glass doors open up to the lower patio and Fire Pit and is a short walk away from the Tipi. We have floor chairs, pillows and yoga mats available for your use.

Ceremonial Tipi

We love sharing the beauty of our ceremonial Shoshone Tipi, which has been blessed by several tribal elders during its life. Due to the spiritual nature of this Tipi, we respectfully invite all guests to feel free to explore outside and around the Tipi. If youʻd like to use the tipi, we can discuss your needs and details prior to your stay.
